At 7th Step Society, we are committed to providing high-quality marketing services and delivering value to our clients. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Service-Based Work

Marketing services involve time, expertise, strategy development, campaign setup, content creation, consulting, and other labor-based activities. Because these services begin immediately upon engagement, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Marketing Services

For recurring monthly services, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Time already spent on client work
  • Completed deliverables
  • Active campaign management
  • Consulting sessions
  • Strategy development
  • Creative assets already produced

3. One-Time Projects

For one-time projects, the following applies:

  • If work has not yet begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

4. Advertising Spend

Any advertising budget paid directly to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads

is non-refundable and subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

5. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve positive results, we do not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases
  • Sales volume
  • Lead volume
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Search engine rankings
  • Social media growth

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, website performance, and client responsiveness.

Therefore, refunds will not be issued based solely on campaign performance or unmet expectations.

6. Client Cooperation

Successful marketing campaigns require timely communication, approvals, and access to necessary business assets.

7th Step Society is not responsible for delays or reduced performance resulting from:

  • Lack of communication
  • Delayed approvals
  • Missing access credentials
  • Failure to implement recommendations
  • Inaccurate information provided by the client

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact 7th Step Society before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in the immediate suspension of services and collection efforts for unpaid balances.

8. Satisfaction Commitment

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, revise deliverables where appropriate, and find a mutually agreeable solution.
